Obtaining Copies of Past Invoices

Yes, you can download a PDF copy of your Tax Invoice for online orders. Please see below for how to obtain any Past Invoices.

I placed my order under my account:

1. Login to your account and click into the appropriate order.
2. Select "Print Invoice"
3. From the Print dialog box change the destination to "Save as PDF" which will download a copy of your invoice.

I checked out as a Guest:

Please email our Customer Service team requesting a PDF copy of your Tax Invoice. Please include your 7-digit order number and this will be emailed to you promptly.

International Customers

A GST invoice may be required by our New Zealand customers should Customs require proof of payment. Its also useful for non-Australian residents who made a purchase in Australia and are taking the goods overseas. Please refer to the below link for more information on the TRS scheme:
