The warranty claim process depends on the type of product. Follow the relevant section below.
Electronic devices (GPS, rangefinders, launch monitors)
- Warranty and technical issues for electronics are handled directly by the manufacturer's support team.
- See the Brand-specific warranty pages for contact details and procedures for your device's brand.
- Troubleshooting with a dedicated technical support representative is typically the first step before a replacement or repair is arranged.
Golf clubs, apparel, bags, buggies, shoes, and accessories
Contact our Customer Service team with the following:
- Your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Photos or video clearly demonstrating the damage, fault, or defect.
Recommended photos to include
Golf clubs and shafts:
- Face, sole, and crown of the club head.
- Close-up and zoomed-out photos of the damage or defect.
- Shaft decal or any barcodes on the shaft.
- Shaft break point (zoomed in and zoomed out) if applicable.
All other items (accessories, apparel, bags, buggies, gloves, shoes):
- Photos of the damage, fault, or defect.
- Apparel tag or barcode (typically on the back/neck collar or inside the shirt).
- Shoe serial numbers (typically on the tongue or inner ankle area).
A short video may be preferable to photos for issues that are better demonstrated in motion (e.g., a buggy wheel fault).
Finalising approved claims
- Some items must be returned to GolfBox or the manufacturer for assessment, repair, or replacement.
- Some items may be approved for destruction (only with our explicit written approval) to avoid return freight costs. Do not damage, destroy, or dispose of any item until you have received written approval from GolfBox - doing so will invalidate your warranty claim.
