Will I be charged GST or customs duty?

Australian orders

• GST is already included in all prices on the GolfBox website.
• Orders shipped within Australia are charged GST at the standard rate.

International orders - GST

• When you enter an international shipping address at checkout, the 10% Australian GST is automatically removed from your order total.

New Zealand orders

• Due to NZ legislation, GolfBox is required to collect 15% NZ GST on all purchases shipped to New Zealand.
• At checkout, the 10% AU GST is removed and 15% NZ GST is applied instead.
• If NZ Customs contacts you about your order, provide them with a copy of your tax invoice to avoid double-taxation.
• If you receive a bill from NZ Customs to release your order, do not pay any GST component - it has already been collected by GolfBox.

Customs import duty - all international orders

• International orders may be subject to customs import duty charges depending on the destination country's customs rules and regulations.
• Any customs import duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay.
