Will I be charged GST or International Customs import duty charges?

Only orders shipped to an address within Australia will be charged goods and services tax (GST). Since GST is already included in the price, all international orders will have their order total reduced by 10% once the Shipping Country is entered on the checkout page.

New Zealand Customers: As a result of recent legislation changes, we’ll be required to collect GST on all purchases shipped into New Zealand. This comes into effect on 1st December 2019. Prices on our site will show inclusive of 10% Australian GST, however when you enter your shipping address at checkout the 10% AU GST is removed and 15% NZ GST is added instead.

Please provide NZ Customs with a copy of your Tax Invoice should they ask for it, to avoid double-taxation. If they issue you with a bill to release your order, be sure to not pay any GST component as it has already been collected by GolfBox. Please see here for how to obtain your Tax Invoice.
