Exiting out of the Zip process by either closing the popup or returning to our website will still trigger an order confirmation email to be sent. The order will have a Payment Status of "Awaiting Payment". Should you not wish to proceed with the order then no action is required. Orders without payment are cancelled within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email that the order has been Cancelled.
