I started an Order with Zip but didn't complete it, why did I receive an Order Confirmation email?

Exiting out of the Zip process by either closing the popup or returning to our website will still trigger an order confirmation email to be sent. 

The order will have a Payment Status of "Awaiting Payment". Should you not wish to proceed with the order then no action is required. Orders without payment are cancelled within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email that the order has been Cancelled.
