My order status is Awaiting Payment
If you did not finish the zipPay process then you can simply start another order. The original incorrect order will be automatically Cancelled within 24 hours and you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation.
My order status is Awaiting Fulfilment
If you finished the process then please contact our customer support team so we can amend your order. If the change results in a price difference, we can help cancel/refund the original order so you can repurchase.
