If you are experiencing any technical problem on the GolfBox website (such as issues with Cart, Checkout, product pages, login, or any other feature), we recommend using the in-built Help Code tool. This allows our technical team to quickly identify and investigate the issue experienced in your session.
How to Generate a Help Code
- While you are on the page where the issue occurred, go to the address bar at the top of your browser.
- Add #helpcode to the very end of the URL and press Enter.
For example: www.golfbox.com.au becomes www.golfbox.com.au/#helpcode - A pop-up will appear containing a unique 6-digit Help Code.
Sending Help Code via Email
Next, please email cs@golfbox.com.au with a copy of your 6-digit Help Code, and a clear description of the issue experienced (the more specific, the better).
For the fastest resolution, we also recommend including information about what you were trying to do when the problem occurred, and any relevant error messages on your screen.
Example description: “I selected specifications on a product listing, then clicked ‘Add to Cart’ and the website crashed. It showed the error ‘connection failed’.”
What Happens Next
It can take at least 1–2 hours for your session data to upload, so we kindly request that you allow 12–24 hours for our team to complete internal troubleshooting.
