Why is the item price changing at checkout when I input a New Zealand address?

New Zealand Customers

Prices on our site will show inclusive of 10% Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax), however when you enter your shipping address at checkout and the system identifies New Zealand as the country:

• The Australian 10% GST component is removed from the item's price.
• Then New Zealand 15% GST is applied in it's place.
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on the dimensions of the item(s) and the specific location within NZ (this will be noted separately).

NZ Customs

Please provide NZ Customs with a copy of your Tax Invoice should they ask for it, to avoid any issues with double-taxation. If they issue you with a bill to release your order, be sure to not pay any GST component specifically, as this has already been collected by GolfBox. Please see HERE for how to obtain your Tax Invoice.

Currency Toggle

While browsing our website on Desktop, you can update your view to USD, NZD, SGD or other currencies by clicking on the flag icon in the top right of the main webpage header. On Mobile, this toggle is located at the bottom of the side menu.

Adjusting the currency toggle alone doesn't factor in any tax or shipping, it's just directly converting the AUD price to the selected currency. Please be advised you will be charged in AUD at Checkout.
