There are 2 easy ways to check if your order has been successfully received by GolfBox.
Firstly, you will receive an email entitled "Your GolfBox Order Confirmation" as soon as checkout is completed. Please double-check your junk/spam folders if this hasn't been received into your inbox within 5 minutes of placing the order.
Secondly, if you were logged into your GolfBox account when making the purchase, the order will appear in the Orders section of your account. Please login here to see a summary of all your past orders.
Having a pending payment on your credit card is not a guarantee of a successful order, as often transactions that fail or time-out will result in a pending authorisation from the payment provider.
If the transaction is unsuccessful and you don't receive an order confirmation email, this pending authorisation charge will typically resolve itself automatically within 1-2 business days, so please feel free to re-place the order at your convenience and you will know the new order has been received successfully when you receive this Order Confirmation email.
