Do you price match?

Price match policy

• GolfBox can generally price match authorised Australian retailers that have the item in stock and available to purchase online.
• Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and some exclusions apply.

Exclusions

• Custom orders, golf balls, and components are not eligible for price matching.
• Price matching applies to listed retail pricing only - auction sites, marketplaces, and private sales (including personalised quotes) are not eligible.
• Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

How to request a price match

1. Email cs@golfbox.com.au with the following information:
   • A link to the specific product listing on the competitor's website.
   • A link to the same product on the GolfBox website.
   • Confirmation of the exact specifications and sizes you want.

Troubleshooting

• If your price match request has not been responded to within one business day, follow up by replying to your original email or contacting our customer service team.
• If your request was declined, check that the competitor is an authorised Australian retailer and that the item is currently in stock on their site.
