How do I place a custom club order with GolfBox?

GolfBox offers two custom ordering pathways depending on your requirements and timeline.

Option A - GolfBox Custom (recommended)

• GolfBox Custom is our premium build service, offered in partnership with True Spec Golf - the industry leader in brand-agnostic club fitting.
• Includes exotic shaft options, bespoke ferrules, and a faster lead time than OEM custom orders.
• Submit your specifications using the GolfBox Custom spec submission form.
• Our custom specialist will respond within 1-2 business days with pricing, availability, and an estimated lead time.

Option B - OEM custom orders

• We can submit custom orders directly to major manufacturers (Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, etc.).
• Standard OEM lead time: 3-5+ weeks, subject to component availability.
• Premium or internationally sourced components: 8-12+ weeks.

Troubleshooting

• Haven't heard back after 2 business days? Contact our Customer Service team with your submitted specifications and we'll follow up.
• Need to cancel or amend a custom order? Contact Customer Service immediately - custom builds cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
