Firstly, you need to have an account on our website in order to receive and use store credit.
Please login to your account, and the store credit will show as a banner at the top of your My Account page. This login section can be found towards the top-right of the website, and looks like a silhouette of a person.
The option to apply your Store Credit is found in the 4th section of the GolfBox checkout process, located just above the card payment details section. Please untick the "store credit" box if you don't wish to apply the credit to a given order. You will need to be logged into your GolfBox account before this appears.
Please note: Store credits do not expire.
