GolfBox customers can update their account information via self-service- directly through the My Account section on our website.
The easiest way to navigate to the My Account section, is clicking on the portrait/user icon on the top right of the page for both Desktop and Mobile view.
Updating Your Shipping or Billing Address
- Log into your account by entering the credentials.
- Click on Addresses from the menu bar
- Select Edit on the address you want to update or click (+) New Address to add another to your account

Ensure you click Save Address after making your required changes.
Tip: It's possible to save multiple addresses and choose which one to use at checkout.
Changing Your Email Address
- Navigate to the Account Settings section.
- Replace the contents of the Email Address field.
- Click Update Details to save your changes.
