Unfortunately the old Clubhouse Rewards program has closed and all functionality within the portal has been completely disabled as of September 30th, 2025.
Regrettably, any points which were not redeemed by this date have since been forfeited, with no way to reactive accounts or reinstate points, sorry. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We will still continue to reward our customers in new and exciting ways, allowing us to focus on giving you better offers, more often and with less strings attached. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
