How do I change my password?

If you are already logged into your account on the website, please go to the "Account" section by clicking on the locked portrait on the right of the top banner. Select "Account Settings" from the menu options provided, and you can update your password here. 

Otherwise, if you cannot recall your password, you can click the "Forgot Password" link from the Login page and confirm your email address. A link to reset your password will be automatically emailed to you within 1-2 minutes. Please double check your junk/spam folder for this email.

The password reset function will not work if we don't have an account in our system for the given email address. In this case, please create a new account via the "Create Account" button on the right of the login page.

Your new password needs to be at least 10 characters long, including at least 1 number and 1 special character.
