Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email from us with Order Status of 'Refunded' when we have sent the refund request to the relevant payment provider.
Credit card refunds will now show in your banking app in real-time.
You should receive an email from PayPal notifying you of the refund.
You should receive an email from Afterpay notifying you of the refund. Note: you will only be refunded for payments that Afterpay have already charged you for. If you have only made the first payment then 1/4 of the sale value will be refunded as that is all you have paid.
If you have an Account with us you may opt to receive Store Credit rather than waiting for the money to go back onto your credit card or PayPal account. Store Credit can be redeemed straight away by logging into your account. Store Credit is not available for AfterPay transactions.
